                              RESOLUTION NO. 21465
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED 
                 ON GLASS STREET, MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON THE 
                 MAP ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY 
                 REFERENCE, AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE 
                 OF SAID SURPLUS PROPERTY TO THE AVONDALE 
                 CONGREGATION OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES FOR A 
                 CONSIDERATION OF EIGHTEEN THOUSAND, FIVE 
                 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($18,500.00).
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That certain property located on Glass 
       Street, more particularly shown on the map attached hereto and 
       incorporated herein by reference, identified as Hamilton County 
       Tax Map No. 136E-A-004, be and is hereby declared surplus; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that there be and is hereby 
       authorized the sale of said surplus property to the Avondale 
       Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for a consideration of 
       $18,500.00.
